Urban planning

Urban reflection with the theme “Arts and Cultures”.
Fallow area, with the particularity of having an industrial past marked by the presence of halls linked to railways. Passage always present of the SNCF. Neighborhood little connected to the metropolis due to its lack of attractiveness and 3 major axes that delimit it.
The intervention includes the creation of a cultural axis, by the requalification of industrial halls in alternative spaces, with the presence of artists, bar, restaurants. A high school functioning with the gymnasium, as well as new housing will revive the district. The creation of a central axis, with the passage of buses on their own site, allows the link with the city. On this axis the memory of the place is recalled by the arrangement of train wagons, transformed into restaurants, mini-museum or even bookstore.
Planning of the reconversion of the district in terms of land acquisition and by temporary installations, allowing the transitions and also the decontamination of soils over time.
